Freight/Shipping
Amazing ATV Machinery reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to contact the buyer if extra shipping charges may apply. Due to all the complex variables required to properly calculate an accurate shipping cost, sometimes extra freight/shipping charges may be required prior to the completion of an online order and final shipment of goods.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Amazing ATV Machinery shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of law principles.
