Deliveries are made at the end of your driveway or on a loading dock. It is not the driver’s responsibility to unload and/or bring the shipment into your house, garage, etc. • Delivery Liftgate Service is offered by the trucking companies to help customers get their shipments unloaded safely. If your shipment is more than you can lift off the truck safely by yourself, you need to order the Delivery Liftgate Service.
